We aim to ship US orders within one business day. International orders may take slightly longer to process.
Once your order is placed, our fulfillment partner will prepare and pack it, and then hand it off to the shipping carrier. As soon as the package is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Delivery timeframe is dependent on the shipping method and carrier and could take 3-5 days within the US, China, and Hong Kong; 7-10 days to Japan, Singapore, and Taiwan; and 7-14 days or longer for other countries. For some regions, delivery might take up to 30 days or longer.
