TouchOnKeys Driver for Mac

1. Download the driver.
2. Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
3. When prompted, click “Open System Settings” to allow the driver extension.
4. For MacOS Sequoia — go to settings => general => login items & extensions => driver extensions => switch on TouchOnKeys driver and enter your pass again.
   For MacOS Sonoma — click Allow button in the Security area of Privacy & Security settings.
   
5. Finish the installation.

1. Download the updater:

2. Connect CLVX 1 via a USB cable, turn it on, press the USB channel key to switch to USB mode
3. Install pkg, press Enter
4. Give access for the Terminal to keystrokes. It’s located here: Settings => Privacy & Security => Input monitoring. We use HID to transfer the FW, so this is mandatory. You could revoke the access after the update.
   

1. Download the latest version of the app on your Windows machine
2. Install the app over your current version of the app
3. Connect the CLVX 1 to your Windows machine via a USB cable, press the USB channel key to switch to USB mode
4. Run the app and let it update the firmware

1. CLVX 1 layout used in Mac mode:
   
2. Pointer speed and gestures could be tuned in Settings => Trackpad.
3. To make right click (two-finger tap) work go to Settings => Trackpad => Tap to Click => ON
4. There is no TouchOnKeys App for Mac yet, we are working on it. Changes for Windows mode doesn’t affect Mac mode.

• CLVX 1 firmware 5.3.0 or newer.
• macOS 14 and higher.
• Apple Silicon or Intel-based Mac.
• If using via Bluetooth the gestboard must be paired after the driver installation (if it was previously paired, remove it and pair again).
